Einkorn Granola - YUM! YUM!

Smoothie Bowls are what we are loving during these summer days. This one here is jam packed with a few of my favorite ingredients.

We use @sambazon as the Açaí base and @younglivingeo #Einkorn Granola as the crunchy goodness! I love our local Montana honey so we drizzle that on top, along with bee pollen and shredded coconut. The fresh fruit varies, but this morning included bananas, strawberries and kiwi. - via @kellitrontel ... thanks for sharing, so DELISH!

Taco Tuesday + Lime

Oh, hey ... it's #tacotuesday Once your taco meat is cooked, try adding a few drops of LIME vitality essential oil. Let the flavor settle into the meat, then serve to guests who will be grinning from ear to ear. Take your tacos to another level.  #wellnessmadesimple

Dill Dip DIY

Ingredients:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
6 drops Dill Vitality™ essential oil or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil or ½ teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, bowl, or zip-top bag.
Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Try dipping your favorite veggies—including carrots, celery sticks, bell peppers, and snap peas—in this dip for a delicious snack or side dish.
