Smoothie Bowls are what we are loving during these summer days. This one here is jam packed with a few of my favorite ingredients.
We use @sambazon as the Açaí base and @younglivingeo #Einkorn Granola as the crunchy goodness! I love our local Montana honey so we drizzle that on top, along with bee pollen and shredded coconut. The fresh fruit varies, but this morning included bananas, strawberries and kiwi. - via @kellitrontel ... thanks for sharing, so DELISH!
One of my daily go-to's ... Geranium! It's an all-around incredible oil for the ladies. It helps support the respiratory system, the liver, women's health & it's incredible to add to your daily facial routine. All the pink hearts for this beauty!
When it comes to supporting your respiratory system, I couldn't think of a better daily combo ... 1 tbsp of @naturenates + 1 drop Lavender.
Oregano is a purifying essential oil. Oregano's more than just a seasoning ... it may also support a healthy lifestyle when taken as a dietary supplement. Oregano is also a key ingredient in Immupower ... something we won't ever be without when the school year rolls around!
"Eat your veggies!" We hear that but don't act on it. Overall wellness is vital to living a healthy life! 🌿 Here's 4 solid reasons to love your vegetables more:
1. Prevent disease.
Eating your veggies can help prevent the risk of many diseases such as heart disease, all types of cancers, diabetes, obesity, dementia, alziemer’s, depression and other mental disturbances, reduce aches and pains, and much more. Vegetables contain many protective ingredients such as antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals, and fibre, that can all help ward off disease and keep the cells and organs in your body healthier. Hello!
2. Get your dose of vitamins and minerals.
One of the ways veggies help prevent disease is through providing vitamins and minerals because these are essential to good health. We NEED vitamins and minerals to drive many of the metabolic processes in our bodies.
3. Generate energy.
Vegetables are a great source of healthy carbohydrates and carbohydrates help provide your body and brain with energy. Unlike heavy carbs like grains, eating a wide variety of veggies can still fuel the engines without making you feel bloated. Feeling vibrant and alive in life is definitely one my goals!
4. Promote digestive health.
Eating your vegetables helps promote a healthy bowel and keeps you regular! Did you know that your gastrointestinal tract is one of the largest immune organs in your body? Veggies can help you maintain the health of your digestive system naturally!
