Eat Healthy | 2016 New Year's Resolutions

“Start eating healthier food, and less food overall” | This is usually an extension of the previous resolution post [to get in shape]. Switching to a healthier diet can be incredibly tricky when we are surrounded by junk food. However, with a good amount of determination and some basic tips you can slowly develop healthier eating habits. The @whole30 way of eating is a great way to begin & how some of us are kicking off the new year!
